£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Must be eligible to go through SC Clearance
I am looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a UK-based company that transforms the way organizations manage their digital content and data. Specializing in cutting-edge enterprise content management (ECM) and information management solutions, they empower businesses to seamlessly capture, store, and access critical information.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining customer solutions, ensuring systems run smoothly by managing tasks like loading new data and validating reports as well as working closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. You'll need to investigate and resolve complex issues, while collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services as well maintain technical documentation, provide root cause analyses, and ensure best practices are followed throughout.
Skills needed:
- Comfortable with Linux basics (File System navigation, Package managers, Log management & archiving, stopping, and starting services) alongside strong Windows experience
- Java application management/support/development familiarity (Apache Tomcat, Log4J, Spring, Apache Camel)
- Working knowledge of Cloud hosting providers (Azure, AWS).
- Hands on experience of Document Management solutions such as Alfresco, M-Files or Documentum will be a big advantage
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
