Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert support for Windows network environments

- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Azure and Office 365 along with things like IPSec, VPN, Hyper-V, Intune, Routers

- Ensure seamless IT operations and user support requirements.

- Proven experience in a senior help desk or technical support role.

- In-depth knowledge of Windows networks, Azure, and Office 365.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
