Role: Service Designer SC Cleared

Contract: 6 months (possible extension)

Location: Hybrid in London 1-2 times per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product experiences using user-centered design and research.
• Run co-creation workshops with stakeholders to solve problems.
• Develop User Journey Maps to address service pain points.
• Create and deliver Service Blueprints to clients.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.
• Work in agile environments to deliver impactful service designs.

Essential Skills:

• 7-9 years experience in design, delivering top-tier digital and non-digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-life projects and design thinking.
• Expertise in translating research and data into actionable designs.
• Skilled in creating service blueprints, journey maps, and empathy maps.
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• SC clearance is required.
