Required: Structured Cabling Engineer

Location: 5 days per week onsite in London
Duration: 6 months+
Required: must hold Active CSCS/ECS Cards
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Skill set -
Cable pulling, dressing in and termination & testing of voice, CAT6 and fibre cables within an Airport or Rail environment and must be able to complete the following tasks:
o Installing comms cables (CAT6, Voice and Fibre multicore.
o Installing of various types of containment (tray/basket)
o Termination of CAT6 panels and outlets
o Testing copper & fibre cables using Fluke DSX and OTDR preferred
o Patching cat6 and fibre cables
o Fault Finding issues.
o Termination of multicore Fibre using a splicer (Fujikura 60s/70S experience and familiarity or similar preferred)

Working on night shifts.
