We are seeking a UX Designer to join a Hardware Experience Design Team. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of Industrial Design and software UX experience as you will be designing physical and digital touchpoints and must be comfortable working in both.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user friendly UIs for both digital products and physical devices.
• Design packaging and physical products.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineers, product teams and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints and company objectives.
• Lead the process from concept through to production including sketching, prototyping, testing, and finalising designs.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Conceptualise and work on innovative holistic design solutions for near and long term business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and physical product design.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SolidWorks or equivalent, Keyshot or similar.
• Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Physical prototyping.
• Problem framing and solving.
• Customer journey mapping.
