Lancaster University Student Management team is looking an experienced developer to join the team.
The primary focus of the role is to develop and support functionality within the core student record system used by staff and students across the University.
This role offers huge opportunity to learn and develop while contributing impactful change to a key University service.
The successful candidate will bring and grow skills/experience across a broad technology base including:
- C# .NET/.NET Core including Winforms, Webforms and API development.
- Angular/Typescript
- SQL Server development and optimisation
- Development of high availability, high throughput, business critical systems as part of a software engineer team following agile best practice
- Modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerisation
- Complex system integrations with internal/external systems and data sources
- Coaching and mentoring of other team members
