Hybrid (2 days a week on site in Manchester)
Salary - Starting at £30,000 per annum.
I am looking for a Client Care Specialist to join an innovative tech start up on a mission to revolutionise the outdated financial services industry!
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into 'head of' position and manage a team within the next year.
This position will involve you being the main POC and making sure the clients have a great, seamless experience. You will also help improve how the business handles client services by setting up systems that run automatically along side working with the marketing and tech team to have full autonomy to create new ways for improved experiences.
Ideally you will have experience in:
- Great ability to deal with potential customers and clients on the phone - with a knack for sales
- Experience using Intercom and/or building automated chat bots.
- Knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management systems
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Ability to work independently and own the entire Client Care function.
- Expertise in working and managing relationships with key external third party providers.
