Charity organisation are looking for an Application Support Analyst with excellent Dynamics 365 experience.
Please note this is Remote role with 1/2 days a month in their London office.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 and will be able to help troubleshoot and asses the current system

Responsibilities
- Providing Dynamics 365 support on technical queries and issues raised
- Maintain excellent levels of user satisfaction by providing excellent support in line with SLAs.
- Ensure that all issues are investigated, logged, and dealt with and that adequate information is captured and recorded as it happens.
- Escalates unresolved incidents.
Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents.
Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures. - Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems are adequately resolved.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Support experience.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents and improve system functionality.
- Initiative and Teamwork: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: A focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and data.
