Identity & Access Management Engineer (IAM) required for a multi-disciplined technology firm who have just received a healthy investment and is looking to grow exponentially over the next few years.

This Identity & Access Management Engineer (IAM) position will require you to play a key role in managing user accounts across SaaS applications, securing privileged accounts, and implementing the latest identity-related technologies to ensure system and data security.

Your duties in this Identity & Access Management Engineer (IAM) role will see you manage access control policies, user provisioning, SSO, and MFA solutions; oversee regulatory compliance; conduct audits; and support IAM processes.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' experience in IAM and Information Security management roles, strong knowledge of security infrastructure (including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and secure protocols), familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (eg, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR), and a proactive approach to improving processes.

For this Identity & Access Management Engineer (IAM) role, they are offering a salary of £60,000 - £65,000, plus great benefits. The position is hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days a week in their office based in Oxford.
