C# Development Team Lead required by an established and growing critical communications and messaging software technology provider based in the Brighton, East Sussex.

This C# Development Team Lead will see you leading a team of developers, working on technical strategies, project resourcing, and team development. You will be required to provide technical guidance, coach developers, and oversee solution design, as well as working closely with stakeholders and customers to deliver solutions that add real business value.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of software development experience (C#, SQL, .NET Framework).
• Experience in leading teams and providing technical direction.
• Expertise in service-oriented technologies, TDD, and continuous integration.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
