Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit a Devolved Retrofit Pilot Research Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting and advancing the council's Devolved Retrofit Pilot programme, ensuring its successful delivery starting April 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling and reporting on learning from retrofit delivery.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Capture feedback and manage content creation and dissemination.
• Facilitate meetings and work with groups from local authorities and supply chain partners.
• Support procurement, onboarding, and scoping of research initiatives.
