Change Management & Adoption Consultant

Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a global consultancy to help them find a M365/Modern Workplace Consultant.

This person will ideally have a background working with Modern Workplace Technology, ideally Microsoft 365 change and adoption projects. You'll be a real people person with great communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Communications type role

- Experience in change and adoption projects

- Proven experience helping people make the most of their technology

- An understanding, or knowledge of Change Management methodologies, ADKAR would be great!

- Hands-on delivery of training and communications

- Design and development of change, training communications

This is a hybrid opportunity (2 days per week) that will pay between £45,000-£55,000
