Programme Analysts/Manager (Risk and Governance)
As an Architecture Compliance Associate within the Infrastructure Platforms LOB you are an integral part of a team that works to drive high-quality architecture governance and compliance solutions for various software applications and platforms products.
You'll be the IP Architecture representative and POC that will support the readiness program for risk and controls related to the upcoming audits. In addition you will administer the day to day consistent execution of existing BAU processes alongside new and upcoming programs of work. The role will require a passionate and well organised individual with excellent written and oral communications skills and be able to influence a diverse set of individuals. It will also include partnering with colleagues to collate and run appropriate meetings, record minutes, track attendance and then produce status reports for senior leadership. You will collaborate with process owners to ensure that any requests for information (RFIs) are captured, tracked and completed within the required timeframe.
Job responsibilities
* Point of Contact for a number of BAU activities and upcoming programs of work including the Risk & Controls readiness program, Architecture Risk Management process and technology development QA process.
* Consistent day-to-day execution of the above processes whilst tracking and maintaining records and data for reporting across various hierarchies.
* Maintain and lead scheduled meetings and record all activities in Confluence and JIRA records.
* Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
This role will also participate in the internal Technology development QA process working group and develop relationships with all our application owners, assist in maintaining our data quality in the firmwide repositories of architecture metadata, report on and feedback on how to streamline all applicable processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance and compliance disciplines
* Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes
* Experience in process management including optimization
* Good written and oral communication skills across a wide variety of technology groups.
* Project execution, program management and an excellent attention for detail.
* Experience in risk, compliance and governance management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Good level of education or equivalent experience
* Experience in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
* Knowledge of architecture governance frameworks like The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or other similar frameworks.
* Appreciation of technology architecture, applications, and technical processes
* Good written and oral English skills.
