Lead QA Engineer, £60000 - 70000 + benefits. Home based with one day a month in the Nottingham office.

Good experience of the following required - Automation testing, manual testing, testing in a C# Selenium environment, Postman, SQL, Mentoring, Driving automation, taking a Lead role, etc.

Market leading software technology company are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join their team. Working on an industry leading SaaS product you will be working on both manual and automation testing. Moreover you will help drive the companies automation journey.

To be considered for this role you must have -

* Excellent experience as a Lead QA engineer - this will involve taking the technical lead, driving automation, etc
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of C# Selenium.
* Strong Postman
* Strong SQL
* Excellent automation and manual experience - including deciding what should be automated.
* Excellent mentoring and

Duties and responsibilities include -

* Work with the product owner and engineering teams to ensure features are clearly understood and can be translated into a set of quality based test plans.
* Lead and drive QA/testing activities within your area.
* Work with other Leads QA's to set technical direction.
* Help drive the automation strategy.
* Mentor and develop other testers
