Workday Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

Hamilton Barnes is currently recruiting for a skilled Workday Engineer to drive the development, testing, and delivery of new configurations and integrations within the client's Workday environment.

The role is signed off Inside IR35 and requires hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development life cycle.
• Configure and manage Workday HCM/Financial/Payroll modules as the primary focus, ensuring efficient setup and optimization of business processes. Support additional functional areas.
• Design and implement Workday business processes by configuring condition rules and complex calculated fields, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs.
• Configure and customise workday functionalities to meet specific business needs.

What you Will Ideally Bring:

• Extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, including business process design and configuration, condition rules, and complex calculated fields
• Exposure to a verity of workday functional areas including, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Financial Management and Payroll Management.
• Open-source frameworks, or one of the following: .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, or Express.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Luton 3x Per Week/Remote
• Day Rate: Up to £525 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
