Mainframe DevOps Engineer

We're recruiting on behalf of a Mainframe Services Provider who are looking for a Mainframe DevOps Engineer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

As a Mainframe DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• You will be responsible for leading and executing the migration of Endevor to Git which will involve analysing the current Endevor setup, transferring source code and configurations, and setting up Git workflows.
• Analyse life cycle management data requirements and provide solution modelling and implementation.
• Integrating Git with existing development tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong experience with Endevor and Git, including workflows and version control best practices.
• Experience in version control migrations, ideally from Endevor to Git within a Mainframe environment.
• Experience with Mainframe SCM tools like such as Broadcom Endevor
