RED Global now has an exciting opportunity for some SAP EWM MFS Support to join one of our key international Clients. Here are some details:

Project Details: -

  • Role: EWM MFS Support
  • Positions: 6
  • Start: June Beginning
  • Capacity: Full-time
  • Type: Fully Remote
  • Duration: 12 Months Initially plus possible extension of 12 months
  • Skills: EWM, MFS
  • Language: French (Fluent)

Requirements across all locations

  • Phone support <15 minutes (callback in case not directly available)
  • Responses from Ticket support (in a written form)
  • Normal prio -> by Start and End and ASAP when timeframe can't be met
  • Not critical prio -> by Start and End and ASAP when timeframe can't be met
  • Follows MIND Governance Processes
  • Partner knows Processes and procedures of MFS Systems
  • Resolution time - according to priorities
  • Weekly support reporting
  • RCA
