Are you a skilled Technical Support Engineer with a passion for solving complex issues and providing top-notch service?
Our client is looking for an experienced professional to handle technical support escalations, installations, and equipment maintenance across EMEAI. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, policy and procedural development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support, including out-of-hours escalations as needed.
- Conduct equipment installations, maintenance, and upgrades, along with technical bulletins management.
- Work closely with internal teams, particularly the training department, to ensure continuous improvement and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and Linux, plus a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electronic assemblies.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and clean driving license.
