- Job Type: Full-time ON SITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN South Wales (NP12)
- Salary: Paying up to £38000 (DOE)

We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join a friendly and welcoming manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in resolving IT-related issues and driving continuous improvement of the IT functions, processes, and infrastructure. The IT Support Coordinator will work closely with external IT support providers and senior management to enhance our business systems and IT solutions.
Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the primary contact for external software developers and support partners, managing system and application development across the business.
- Provide technical support for our ERP system
- Manage and report on monthly KPIs for the business system.
- Learn and support future ERP system requirements with skills in SQL and database management.
- Assist in writing and testing code for custom ERP system amendments.
- Manage and improve the production Label printing software.
- Provide training and support to staff on all business systems and general IT software, including creating training materials.
- Continuously test and modify systems to ensure reliability and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Coordinate IT and business-related projects, supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Recommend and implement approved improvements to the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant IT subject.
- Experience with databases, including SQL, is desirable.
- Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse audience.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage stakeholder requirements at all levels.
- Resilient and proactive, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Understanding of IT security methodologies and best practices.
