Boutique Consultancy in London is now looking to recruit a M&A Leader to join the business on an initial short-term contract (extension possible) and play a pivotal role in building a M&A playbook for the journey ahead.

The role is offering a day rate of £1,300 to £1,500 per day - outside of IR35. The ideal candidate must be immediately available and happy with European travel 2 or 3 days a week.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• An excellent background in building technology focused M&A playbooks.
• Extensive experience of Mergers & Acquisitions within the pharma sector.
• Vast experience working on large, complex, transactional system integrations.
• A strong background working with both local and offshore teams.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
