The suitable candidate will need to be a team player, self-motivated and keen to learn new technological advances, have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, excellent customer engagement skills, the ability to solve problems, ability to work on more than 1 project at a time and see tasks through to their resolution.
The ability to engage with customers, understand and document requirements, and define the functional and technical solution in conjunction with company Solution Architects will be the key day-to-day activities. Ongoing liaising with the development and QA resources during implementation will also be part of the day-to-day role.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers during the project analysis phase to understand and document functional requirements
- Working with other team members (Solution Architects, etc) to analyze system functions and review functional and technical specifications
- Execute gap analysis. Identify and document requirements as-is and to-be
- Execute Data analysis. Identify trends and present results.
- Lead project teams (liaise with project managers, other BAs, developers, architects, and customers to ensure the project is completed as per requirements)
- Creation of workflow diagrams (users' swim lanes, system processes, architecture diagrams)
- Break down business functions into development tasks
- The use of SDLC tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA & SharePoint to capture requirements for the cross-functional teams
- Support the development teams during implementation to clarify requirements and to help successfully deliver quality applications
- Supporting testers to complete System Tests and release of quality applications to customer User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Planning with development team colleagues on Production release and coordination with Project Managers
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning to obtain relevant certifications (eg British Computer Society Business Analysis, IIBA, etc)
- Liaise with team members and team leaders to successfully deliver projects

- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users on all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Ability to work cross-functional in a multi-project environment.
- A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
Essential experience required:
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis
- Experience leading meetings / workshops
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
Required education:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- OR Diploma in computer science or related discipline.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft Visio, MIRO or equivalent
- Some experience dealing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
Other Desirable Skills:
- Generate Mock-ups
- HTML/CSS
- SQL (T-SQL or Oracle syntax concepts)
- Azure/Cloud concepts Knowledge
- JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Some knowledge of software engineering
