Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud or similar (WorkDay/SAP).
• Strong leadership skills and experience in growing and managing a BI team (ideally up to 20-30 professionals).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to identify and deliver on data needs.
