About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with fluency in both English and Arabic to join a dynamic team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support in both English and Arabic.

• Document technical processes, updates, and support logs in English and Arabic as needed.
