Senior ITSM Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer to support our main ITSM project. You will be solely responsible for the ITSM module and the integration of this with various other applications. To be successful for this requirement, you will need to demonstrate experience of designing custom integrations and creating/and adapting JavaScript code that will plug into other interfaces.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow
• Strong experience of Custom Integration
• Proficiency in REST API integration
• Proficiency creating scripts using JavaScript
• Familiarity with creating catalogues using Flow Designer
