What you'll be doing;
Managing day to day communication with the client stakeholders on site
Manage the site team ensuring all legal, corporate and duty of care responsibilities are met, inclusive of safety and welfare of staff
Lead a team of 30 Veolia staff, delivering onsite services
Ensure all plant machinery is maintained correctly
Delegating and organising works to ensure successful completion
Continually train staff to ensure staff can perform in the safest and most productive manner
Evaluate commercial and performance aspects of subcontracted services
Deliver accurate and timely reports to the client
Alongside your general manager ensure that Veolia are delivering on budget
Establish and develop more business opportunities with the client
What we're looking for;
Experience managing a facilities contract
Experience and knowledge within both soft and hard services
The ability to create and lead high performing teams
Proven leadership skills
Good IT skills to be able to produce reports
Qualified within electrical / mechanical / HVAC maintenance
