SALARY: $85K - $100K BASE FLEX, 30% INCENTIVE ($120K - $140K PACKAGE)Product

LOCATION: NAPERVILLE, IL

4 DAYS IN OFFICE, MOSTLY DAY TRAVEL AND SOME OVERNIGHT, MUST BE FLEXIBLE

Looking for a candidate that was technical at one time earlier in their career now mostly program management and client facing engagement projects. Accountable for delivery they are looking for climbers on their way up young 10 years who can present will to clients develop clients can manage data projects data engineering data warehousing Business Intelligence reporting etc. young energy go getter identify upsell cross sell must have experience with contract financials budgets

• Experienced Sr Project Manager in the Data space. (10+ years' experience).
• Has solid experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence Reporting Projects.
• Has experience running Scrum, Project Management, Program Management, Project Execution, Project Management Skills, Project Planning. Has experience with Agile Methodology.
• Is self-motivated and good communicator (written & verbal). Is Pro-active and can work with very less oversight.
• Has experience managing challenging Project scenarios.
• Has experience with Client Communication, and building good transparent client relationship.
• Experience with Life Insurance industry will be good to have.
• Experience owning a particular program, engagement and project/s and was accountable for delivery and should act accordingly.
• Able to understand the ask, requirements and to a certain extent the modules and the work involved.
• Has experience dealing with Contract, Financials etc.
