Facilitate the on-boarding process
Oversee staff exits
Provide support and guidance to line managers on employee issues and performance management
Drive culture initiatives
Manage reward benefits and oversee health and safety for the team
Support training initiatives by managing appraisals and identifying staff training needs
Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices
Maintain the HR system, ensuring it accurately reflects current contracts, personal details, and training records
Produce quarterly HR KPI reportsProfile
A successful HR Officer should have:
Experience in HR operations, with knowledge in recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and policy management
Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Strong communication skills to build effective relationships and manage team culture
