Responsibilities: As a General Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children's learning, particularly in Year 1 (Key Stage 1). Your duties will include small group work, one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Long-Term Opportunity: This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience working with children as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is essential, ideally within KS1 and/or EYFS
