Administrative Assistent - Trust vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Acting as a Junior Trust Administrator in Wealth Planning
- Liaising with Relationship Manager as well as Wealth Planners
- Working on different administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in the daily business like setting up, close structures, account openings and more
- Updating the database and being responsible for filing and scanning
Your experience/knowledge:
- Work experience in trust administration, STEP qualification is a plus
- Familiarity with bank account openings, payments, distributions and R evocations
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your soft skills:
- Being a team player, proactive and service oriented
- Dynamic, flexible and organised mindset
