Role: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: London - (Hybrid working, 2/3 days on-site)

Duration: 4 Months

Day rate: £610 inside IR35

Project Task

Analyse existing ServiceNow resolver groups within Seller ServiceNow instance and propose approach to transition/migrate resolver groups to Customer ServiceNow instance.

Skills

• 10+ years ServiceNow experience with hands-on experience of implementing and rolling out ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
• Good communication, presentation, reporting and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Architecture skills
• Transition/Transformation experience

Responsibilities

• Implementation and roll out of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
• SME expert on ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and ITAM modules
• Support/steer the tower cross delivery/country location
• Standard run operation experience
• alignment with client
• Handover to delivery skills
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
