We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst to be able to produce the required work products and who is based in Belgium, France or The Netherlands

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Understanding of the current IAM regulations and standards.
• Understanding of Mainframe and RACF.
• Certifications in Business Analysis like CBAP, ECBA or CCBA.
• Business process modelling, and experience with process mapping tools like Adonis or Visio.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Understanding of Identity Management including access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver ( JML ) activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies, security protocols and standards such as SAML, Oauth.
• Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool.
• Analytical and critical mindset, with a strong attention to detail: Capacity to break down complex problems, interpret and challenge data, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, statistical data modelling and data visualization.
• Knowledge in data management principles and practices.
• Understanding of data quality and governance principles.
• MS Office, Tableau and Power BI proficiency.
• Understanding of agile methodology and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Professional English proficiency.
