Our biggest client is looking for a talented leader to take the reins on art direction and production for their game titles. If you're a Senior Artist ready to elevate your career, this is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll shape creative vision and ensure high-quality games that captivate players worldwide.

What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Artists and Animators
Set the visual style and storytelling for each game
Collaborate with the Head of Studio and Game Designers to bring projects to life
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and art quality
Manage recruitment, reviews, and team development
Stay on top of industry trends to keep our games innovative and fresh

Requirements:
Location: West Midlands - Hybrid Working
Experience: Slots/iGaming/Gaming, working with both 2D and 3D tools including Spine, After Effects, and the Adobe Suite
Salary: £50k-£55k, depending on experience.
