  5. Product Expertise & Development:

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of my clients platform, staying current with updates and new features.

  6. Material Development:

    • Assist in creating client-facing materials, such as presentations, marketing content, and educational resources.
    • Support internal committees or regulatory requirements with client-specific documents and presentations.
  7. Industry Knowledge & Leadership:

    • Keep up to date with industry trends, webinars, events, and readings to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Manage and mentor junior members of the relationship management team, supporting their growth and development.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:

    • Proven experience in a client-facing or relationship management role in the banking or financial services sector.
    • A deep understanding of the banking industry, especially in areas like Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail Banking, and Asset Management.
  2. Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of managing challenging client dialogues and delivering high-impact presentations.
