Infrastructure Engineer

London 3 days per week

£60-80k per annum

We are partnering with a global law firm that is looking to expand its IT team with the addition of a Skilled Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will focus on the support, management, and delivery of the firm's core technology stack, including M365, Endpoint Management, document management systems, and legal support applications.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the monitoring, support, and administration of the firm's mission-critical global IT systems on a 24/7 basis. You will be part of the IT Infrastructure Operations team, reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager.

Given the firm's recent cloud migration, this position requires hands-on experience with:

• IaaS platforms such as Azure, Intune, and M365
• MS Teams and Exchange Online
• Windows 10 workstations, including Microsoft Office
• iManage DMS and other legal applications
• Managing a large Windows Server environment utilizing VMware technology
• Cisco-based networking, Checkpoint Firewalls, and HPE hardware
• SolarWinds and Microsoft SCOM for systems management
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops alongside NetMotion for remote access solutions
