bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage with the right SAP OTC Lead to support with global SAP S/4HANA implementation with a huge retail company.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed documentation of the end-to-end OTC processes, including order entry, pricing, credit management, delivery, invoicing, and payment.
• Process flows and integration points with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI).
• Comprehensive functional specs for any custom developments, interfaces, reports, or modifications required to support OTC operations.
• Collaboration with ABAP developers to ensure alignment on technical requirements.
• Documentation of SAP configuration settings for OTC processes, such as order types, item categories, pricing conditions, billing types, etc.
• Explanation of configuration rationale to aid future system support and changes.
