IT Systems (BSS/OSS) experienced gained within the mobile telecoms industry is essential

We're looking for a dynamic IT Operations Manager, with mobile telecoms experience, to lead a diverse team and optimise data operations across key services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance.
• Use your expertise in mobile telecoms IT systems (BSS/OSS) to deliver actionable insights that enhance billing, contact centers, retail operations, and more.
• Conduct statistical data analysis and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights inform operational and strategic plans.
• Create comprehensive reports that evaluate end-to-end service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• TELECOMS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
• Proven experience in managing diverse teams and driving performance to achieve business outcomes.
• Will have a high level, broad end to end understanding of our business and its operational performance; be able to demonstrate knowledge of working in a service orientated environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex operational data in simple terms; your "data story" should resonate with both leadership and non-tech stakeholders.
• Strong experience with reporting tools and Scripting languages such as Helix, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
