Government client is seeking a hands-on Commercial Manager to help transition different service functions. The role will be working closely with the Finance and Operations teams.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial function and small team.
• Providing, communicating and maintaining a contract management strategy.
• Providing supplier management policies and processes.
• Providing strategic commercial expertise for sourcing services.
• Provide recommendations and advice in terms of Commercial policies.
• Provide expertise ensuring value for money.
• Ongoing review of commercial strategy.
• Co-ordinate and lead procurements

The Commercial Manager is required for 4 months initially; remote based; Inside of IR35.
