Our industry-leading Security Solutions division is searching for a talented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In this role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' security systems, providing exceptional technical support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex security equipment used in airports around the world. This includes X-ray and CT scanners, Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), and other vital technology used to keep passengers and cargo safe.
You'll be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to:
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with Electromechanical systems (Medical Equiptment ideal).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing schedules and work requirements.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Lift and carry heavy equipment (minimum 25kg).
- Navigate challenging airport environments.
