Senior Network Engineer - Cisco Nexus, MPLS IP BGP, CCNP, CCIE, Data Centre, Zurich, Switzerland -GERMAN FLUENT MUST/Permanent position

As an experienced senior network engineer with expertise in the areas of Cisco Nexus, spine-leaf architectures, MPLS backbones and IP BGP upstream, you will take on responsibility in demanding customer projects and be involved from consultation to implementation. Then the following main tasks await you:

Design, implement, and maintain network architectures using Cisco Nexus Switches and spine-leaf topologies.
Managing and optimizing an MPLS backbone to support a wide range of services and requirements.
Configure and manage BGP routes to efficiently utilize upstream connections and ensure optimal IP routing performance.

This is what sets you apart:
You have several years of experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of Cisco Nexus Switches as well as in-depth knowledge of the corresponding technologies and protocols.
You have expertise in the design, implementation and management of spine-leaf topologies to provide high-performance and scalable data centre networks.
You have very good expertise in configuring, managing and optimizing MPLS backbones to support services such as VPNs, traffic engineering and Quality of Service (QoS).
You have expertise in the configuration and management of BGP routes, especially in connection with upstream providers and the management of IP routing tables.
You already have certifications such as CCNP or CCIE Data Centre.
You speak fluent German and have very good English skills; French is an advantage.
