My client in the Insurance industry are looking to on-board 8 Management Accountants across 3 teams there are mid - senior level positions available. The position will be for a 6 month initial contract and will be on a Hybrid basis 2-3 days a week in the office in London.

Key Skills

• Qualified Accountant
• Ideally with FP&A experience or financial accounting
• Financial services experience is useful and insurance broking a bonus
• Must have an ability to work in a team in a fast changing environment
• High standards and expectations from experience in strong and high performing finance team
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Further information about the Management Accountant

• Process improvement focused on selected areas in management accounting and financial planning and analysis
• The roles will support a growing business to improve assigned processes and reporting, developing templates, agreeing data fields to be collected with the systems teams, determining what data is available and coordinating with division finance teams.
• Review period end process, completion of scorecards for divisions and reporting back to the Head of FP&A change or Head of Financial Accounting Change.
