Support Engineer: Windows, Office 365, Teams, VPN

Our Global Technology Client is looking for a Techbar Engineer with a strong communication skills to join their team.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 200 days
Pay Rate: £148/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £167/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Belfast

Requirements:

• Should be familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7/10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote).
• Willing to learn & support of bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites.
• Should be familiar from logging requests/incidents as they come in (ServiceNow).
• Should be familiar with working to SLA's.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to deliver great customer experience in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction, sometimes this will be the all-important first impression.
• Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
• You're passionate about customer service and eager to share that passion with others.
• You're willing to learn and embrace Computacenter's service delivery approach
• You have strong people skills - you're approachable, a good listener and empathetic.
• Clear communication and able to convey technical solutions to all levels of user
• Adaptable to different scenarios (working alone/working in a team).
• Strong interest in technology, and agility at learning new technologies Technical Characteristics.
• Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix.
