Location: Projects across London, Home Counties, Cambridge, Oxford, and the Midlands
Company: TRIbuild Solutions on behalf of our client specialising in commercial, industrial, and specialist sector fit-outs and refurbishments
Salary: £60,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects ranging from straightforward office fit-outs to extensive refurbishment work.
Requirements:
Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, and full PPE
Experience: Proven management background in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Commercial, and Industrial sectors

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
Oversee project execution, ensuring budget and schedule adherence
Create and manage project schedules for timely resource and material availability
Organise daily site tasks, labour, and materials logistics
Prepare site reports and conduct regular meetings with clients and suppliers
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage site inspections
Develop and oversee Construction Health & Safety Plans
Manage on-site trades, upholding quality standards and site cleanliness
Maintain documentation, ensuring insurance and ISO compliance
Use construction software to improve workflow
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the public
Flexibility to work weekends as neededThis role may require additional tasks as necessary.
