Job Description:

We are seeking three experienced professionals for our Revenue Cloud team: a Technical Architect, a Solution Architect, and a Solution Consultant/Business Analyst. These roles involve working closely with the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with account executives to understand the customer requirements and provide most optimal solution

Engage with customer executive teams in defining the overall sales automation program

Map the business requirements to the Salesforce platform solutions and present them to the customer

Work closely with the account executives in identifying different SKU(s) that fit for the customer

Architecting Salesforce solutions spanning multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing) with declarative and programmatic tools and integration with internal and external applications

Provide UX designs and prototypes for the communities

Work closely with the customer tech teams in defining the internal and external integration design

Ensuring the Salesforce best practices are followed by the different vendors on the project

Point of contact for overall solution design and architecture

Skills: P&L Management Resource Allocation Scrum Professional Services Implementation Architecture Project Management Business Development

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in custom tax integrations for billing is a bonus.
• Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
