ROLE: SAP P2P Content Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a SAP P2P Content Lead to oversee the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with business stakeholders to standardize processes, ensure smooth migration, and drive business alignment. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP P2P Migration: Manage the transition of SAP P2P processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Business Process Standardization: Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize processes for the new SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior leaders to align business needs with system changes.
• Content Ownership: Create and manage documentation for SAP P2P processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Change Management: Support the business through the transition and ensure minimal disruption.
• Configuration & Testing: Work with technical teams on SAP S/4HANA configuration and testing.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements post-implementation.

Key Requirements:

• SAP ECC to S/4HANA Experience: Strong experience in migrating SAP P2P processes from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Business-Focused: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and challenge the status quo.
• Strong Communication: Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Confident in driving change and managing complex projects.
• P2P Process Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Procure-to-Pay processes.
