5G RAN Integration and Optimisation Engineer required for a 3-month contract based in London. This role can be offered on an umbrella only basis.

We're looking for someone well skilled in GTD 5G RAN, Radio Coverage and RU integration

You'll need to be well versed in RF planning, tuning and optimisation for a 5G RAN network integration and test.

You'll need a:
. Good understanding of RAN on 5G SA/NSA Architecture.
. Very strong debugging skills on field issues.
. Experience in integration with different vendors RU, UE and RAN.
. Detailed understanding of tools such as QXDM, Nemo for UE side log analysis.
. Good understanding of Air Interfaces Features like power control and all pusch/pucch, pdsch/pdcch, prach channels.
. Strong system knowledge of 5G and good understanding of Linux OS, RT Kernel patch.
. RF Expertise and experience on RF planning tool.
. Ability to do Drive test and guide for Network Planning
