Project Planning Officer is required by this FS business to support on a groupwide transformation programme, across operations, strategy, quality and budget requirements. Working closely with stakeholders you'll gain confidence quickly, and hold accountability for successful delivery of programmes and projects.

Responsibilities will include -

  • Preparation and tracking of project plans
  • Maintaining project plans and tracking project deliverables
  • Setting up and embedding project templates
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions and quality assurance
  • Managing the escalation process and required reporting
  • Facilitate workshops to align milestones, define deliverables, etc
  • Seek to improve efficiencies across the organisation
  • Adhere to required industry regulations, compliance, legislation

A similar background in FS would be beneficial, or similar regulatory-led industries.

* Please note this role is a Fixed-Term Contract with two days per week required in the client office near Nottingham - please only apply if they are aspects you are comfortable with.*
