Unit4 ERP/Agresso/Business World Senior Technical Consultant. Finance. Contract, Outside IR35. 100% remote UK or Europe.

Ink Search are currently representing a global, blue chip trading organisation. They have a large programme of work to design and build a new commodities trading systems landscape from scratch. As part of this programme they have a Back Office and finance Workstream where Unit4 ERP (previously named Business World and Agresso), integrates with their core trading systems estate. Its a large transformation programme and they require a contractor who can manage the technical analysis and configuration within the Unit4 ERP solution to enable the system to integrate with their core trading systems. The client are recruiting a Unit4 ERP Finance SME to lead the design and configuration of the Unit4 System for their Back Office and Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• On supporting the transformation programme:
• Develop, test, and deploy new interfaces between Unit4 ERP and the new CTRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Customize and extend the functionality of Unit4 ERP
• Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between Unit4 ERP and the CTRM system.
• Document technical specifications, development processes, and user guides.
• On supporting BAU
• Provide daily technical support to the finance team and broader business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to finance systems.
• Assist with month-end processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
• Train new users on Unit4 ERP setup and best practices to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agresso Script and other relevant programming languages.
• Proven experience in a technical finance role
• Strong knowledge of Unit 4 is required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong experience in API integration
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.

This is a long term contract vacancy within an initial 6 month assignment. It is outside IR35, 100% remote with very occasional travel to Scandinavia. Please don't hesitate to apply.
