Senior Project Manager - Technology, Software, Regulatory, Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services, Northampton - Up to £80,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Northampton office on a permanent basis.

You will take charge of delivering several high profile technical projects across the Digital and Payments space. This role will be VP Senior Project level and will require you to ensure each workstream is adhering to the delivery of new regulatory initiatives, including a time critical FCA regulated programme, alongside software enhancements and digital delivery, working to support the business with roadmaps and strategy.

You will report upwards to C-suite stakeholders on the deliverables in your projects, and have a clear Pathway to Programme Manager.

To be successful in this role you will need

• Proven Project management experience
• A software delivery background
• Excellent stakeholder management (up to C-suite)
• Ability to manage Matrix teams and £multi-million budgets
• Experience of delivering to tight regulatory deadlines would be high beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
