We are looking for a Graduate Draughtsperson to become part of our design team. Working within our Drawing Office, creating models and drawings that drive our state-of-the-art factory in East Brent, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment.
Your day to day duties will include:
- 3D modelling and detailing of structural steelwork
- Detailing of general arrangement and fabrication drawings
- Collaborating with Engineers and Project Managers to understand project requirements
- Working under pressure to achieve agreed deadlines
To be considered for the role, you will need the following:
- Bachelor s degree in a STEM subject
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well on own initiative and as part of a team
- Punctual and reliable
