Service Desk Analyst, £190 per day inside IR35

6 months initially, Birmingham

Bench IT require an experienced Service Desk Analyst/1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite full time in Birmingham which is mandatory.

*Please note that this is working full time onsite in Birmingham*

The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:

  • Proven experience working as a Service Desk Analyst/1st & 2nd Line Support
  • Excellent customer service skills to assist users in resolving their queries
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 suite
  • Active Directory
  • Strong experience with Microsoft OS and application stacks
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or other alternatives
  • Excellent communication skills
